The service

MFi Games provides catalogs of games and controllers, detail pages, filtering and browse tools, and related informational content. You may browse without creating an account. We may also offer optional account features in the future (see Accounts below).

Listings are curated for usefulness and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. App Store availability, prices, controller compatibility, certification status, and product details can change without notice. Always verify important details with the App Store, manufacturer, or retailer before you buy or rely on a listing.

Not affiliated with Apple

MFi Games is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries. Apple, iPhone, iPad, App Store, MFi, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Any use of those names is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Amazon Associates disclosure

MFi Games is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and related sites.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Some product links on the Site (including controller “Buy on Amazon” buttons) include our Associates tracking tag (mfig-20 or a successor tag we configure). If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Amazon and other retailers process those purchases under their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising and analytics

We may show third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) on catalog pages such as home, games, and controllers. Ads are not shown on About, Get in Touch, Privacy, or these Terms. We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. Third-party ad and analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and saved content (current and future)

Today you can use the public directory without signing in. We may introduce optional user accounts so you can sign in and save games, preferences, or other profile data to your account.

If you create or use an account:

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• Saved games, lists, or profile data are provided for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue account features, and we do not guarantee that saved data will be preserved indefinitely.
• You may request account closure or deletion of account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention needs.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent or abusive, or pose a security risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with Site security or availability
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export content in a way that burdens our infrastructure or circumvents reasonable access controls, except as allowed by robots.txt or written permission
• Misrepresent affiliation with MFi Games, Apple, Amazon, game publishers, or controller makers
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing if account or contact features allow user-submitted material

Intellectual property

The Site’s original layout, branding, copy, and compilation of listings are owned by MFi Games or its licensors. Game names, artwork, trademarks, App Store materials, and controller brand assets remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification and editorial purposes. You may not copy or reuse substantial portions of the Site for a competing directory without our prior written consent.

Third-party sites and services

The Site links to third parties such as the App Store, manufacturer sites, Amazon, contact-form providers, and advertising or analytics vendors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT; THAT CONTROLLER OR GAME COMPATIBILITY WILL MATCH YOUR DEVICE; OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFi Games AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, RELIANCE ON LISTINGS, THIRD-PARTY LINKS OR PURCHASES, ADS, ANALYTICS, OR ACCOUNT FEATURES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFi Games and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your account activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you use an account, material changes may also be communicated through the Site or by email when we have an address for you.
